“Overall a good day out. The imbros Gorge is no walk in the park, I found it quite challenging because every step you take, is over loose rocks and I was glad when I finished it. A good set of trainers or walking boots is essential. Afterwards we went to a small port town called Sfakia, which was really nice, which had some good places to eat and a lovely little beach. Our guide was very good and gave us a running commentary of the history of the area, and she was looking out for us, all the time, making sure if we needed anything and giving us useful advice.…”

He was in our hotel foyer waiting when we came down, the 4x4 was fitted with a booster seat for my daughter, a load of water a cool bag with cold water the lot. He was so knowledgable of the history of Crete we learnt so much, offered advice on how to get the most out of the day trip, we are so glad we booked this was well worth every penny, especially after the hotel we stayed at said it would be €700 😰 the walk to the falls was fun and beyond…”

“We all really enjoyed our trip to imbros gorge. We were collected on time. Carolina our guide gave us lots of information on the way and gave clear information on where we would meet at the end and what to do if any problems. Unfortunately the listing doesnt make it clear you have to use cash for the gorge. we had limited with us and left on the bus so had to walk back. would be useful to have this on the to bring lost. the beachstop was not great, but we saw it as a bonus, not the main part of the trip. there was a tiny beach and…”

“We was collected outside our apartments on time by George. After three people didn’t show at the next hotel it was just my wife and I and our soon to be Turkish friend and George our guide. We set of to the olive factory which we enjoyed, especially the tasting, The next stop was the village which was quite quant, this was a about an half hour stop and we saw a church and had a wander. Following this we went to the pine forest and zig zagged over the mountain stopping off at various times to see views etc. Then came a superb lunch in a beautiful setting. Loads…”

“Excellent guides Spiritos & Johnny starting in the olive groves into a gorge to arrive at Plakias beach. Onwards to catch boat to Preveli beach. As this was first boat of season had to split party in half due to numbers. This resulted in revisit to Plakias as first group hadn't seen initially. A good trip out, but could imagine Preveli gets packed peak season.”

“Andre was amazing, he knew the area so well and he gave interesting information on everything we were seeing. The trip contains some difficult terrain and he was patient and helpful to those who were struggling a bit, the whole trip was really well structured and the food was great too, it allowed us to get a taste of lots of different type of Greek food. Also, my friend left something in his car and he was kind enough to contact us afterwards and return it to us. This was the best day we had in our week trip to Crete, so I definitely recommend booking it!”
