“We had SUCH a fun day on this trip, the boat crew were super nice & the beaches we visited were stunning. I took my 3year old & we did take a pram for her, but just be aware, you can't really take the prams onto the beaches as they're really stony. We left ours near the boat which was totally fine. Also make sure you have your ticket barcode ready for the boat beforehand as there is no wifi & queues can be long to get them at the ticket office. This was the best day of our trip by far & I got a fantastic tan ;)”

“Nice trip to two popular destinations, we had quite enough time in each of them, considering how much the transportation takes. The ship had some food and drink options, and natural water was surprisingly cheap (0.6 eur per 0.5 l). Snacks are expensive in the port, better buy something in advance. Air conditioning wasn't regulated in the bus, it was cold inside (it was late September). The ship jumped a lot on the waves, so if you know you might be seasick, take some pills before it, the guide also offered them to us in the bus.”

“Balos is very beautiful, but a bit too overcrowded. Gramvousa is just a rocky island with a rocky beach. Still, the trip is well organized and a good way to spend a day of your holiday.”

“Great Value for a Beautiful Experience The price is absolutely worth it. Private catamarans cost around €1500, and even the smaller boats we considered were €400–€500. Given that 2–3 hours is more than enough time to enjoy Balos — whether you're a couple or traveling with teens like me — this tour offers amazing value. We took the 13:15 tour, which was definitely less crowded than the morning ones. Once at Balos, we easily found sunbeds, as most of the morning visitors had already left. Yes, it’s a touristy experience and of course not as exclusive or customizable as a private tour, but for just a few hours, the difference…”

“The trip was overally very nice. Logistically-wise everything was very good organised, both the bus and the boat were on time all the time. The only minor issue was the boat. It was very loaded with people and sometimes you would need to stand for the entire ride. Also, the bar on boat was super crowded and you had to wait 20-25 min to get a bottle of water. Both Gramvousa and Balos were very beautiful.”

“It was absolutely amazing! Elizabeta was a really good guide and the excursion was truly out of this world and a must visit! It's worth the money, boat can get crowded and might not have spaces to sit at times but don't be put off by it. Bus journey from Heraklion was about 3 hours which wasn't too bad but some might not enjoy it. Overall amazing excursion and we loved it!”

“We had a blast!! The activity was nice! We liked the catamaran. They weren't lying when they said it's the largest catamaran in Crete. It's HUGEEEEE y'all. We booked Comfort tickets, and I think it's great enough. We definitely didn't need to book VIP. There were a lot of people, but we had enough space to lay our stuff and hang around. Food on board was also very good! Big shoutout to the staff for making the trip beyond exceptional!”

“The area was breath taking , but the area is very dangerous on the path to the beach area is all volcanic rock and very slippery , I fell very badly had to be taken to the Chaina Hospital for stitches on my head and i fractured ankle this area should be advise of being a dangerous area !!! also the tour guide of this group did nothing to help me so I don't recommend it”
