“We had SUCH a fun day on this trip, the boat crew were super nice & the beaches we visited were stunning. I took my 3year old & we did take a pram for her, but just be aware, you can't really take the prams onto the beaches as they're really stony. We left ours near the boat which was totally fine. Also make sure you have your ticket barcode ready for the boat beforehand as there is no wifi & queues can be long to get them at the ticket office. This was the best day of our trip by far & I got a fantastic tan ;)”

“Great Value for a Beautiful Experience The price is absolutely worth it. Private catamarans cost around €1500, and even the smaller boats we considered were €400–€500. Given that 2–3 hours is more than enough time to enjoy Balos — whether you're a couple or traveling with teens like me — this tour offers amazing value. We took the 13:15 tour, which was definitely less crowded than the morning ones. Once at Balos, we easily found sunbeds, as most of the morning visitors had already left. Yes, it’s a touristy experience and of course not as exclusive or customizable as a private tour, but for just a few hours, the difference…”

“Really lovely way to spend a few hours; and the air conditioned boat helped tremendously. The tour is given in English, French and German and is worth listening to. We got to see lots of fish, sadly missed the turtles :( one fish was huge, looked to be just under 1m long! The guides were friendly. There is a snacks and drinks dispenser machine onboard but be aware that it takes coins only.”

“This boat trip was amazing, we were picked up from out hotel and taken to the port. The drive was very quick and easy. We then met the captain of the boat and were amazed with how big and nice the boat was. We sat up the front of the boat having dia island in view the whole time. The boat crew made us a meal and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Great for all ages and people who love sunsets. Would highly recommend!”

“In general everything was good, I feel bad on the boat trip but the team is very nice and helpful always caring about everyone and checking if we were good. The views are amazing, it’s 40 minutes boat each side and the rest of the time we are swimming and at the beach. In the boat they have everything necessary for swimming and they also have a mini bar. Me and my friends are very satisfied about this trip, it’s ver good and the beach is really amazing.”

“Simone was our snorkel instructor and she was so much fun! She was so sweet and had great energy for the trip. She made sure we all felt comfortable in our equipment. Our boat driver, I can’t remember his name was also very helpful and knowledgeable with our activity and area. My sister and I had a blast. The tour was so beautiful!”

“Great Day trip! Worth the money and the history of the island is fascinating. The shop on the island Is extremely over priced so I recommend waiting until you get back to the mainland! We paid €10 for two cornettos ! We got one boat over and spent 2 hours on the island and got the next available boat back no problem!”

“Overall pretty good. However, crew could communicate a bit better as they didn’t greet everyone and let us know the itinerary. Was pretty disappointed with one swimming stop when it’s advertised that there are “swimming stops”. However, the swimming stop is in a beautiful location. Lunch was a simple Greek salad with bread and olive oil. Music was just a Phil Collins greatest hits album, which was rather strange!”
